Is there a minimum job value?
No. We charge 10 % on every completed job. Some platforms refuse jobs under €100 — Tradee will run a €40 lock change if that's what the customer needs.
When is the platform fee charged?
Only when the customer releases the funds — i.e. when the job is signed off. No completion = no fee. We never charge upfront.
What about VAT?
You invoice the customer for VAT-inclusive amounts as normal (if you're VAT-registered). Tradee's 10 % is calculated on the gross. We provide a monthly VAT-summary export for your accountant.
What about disputes / refunds?
If a job is disputed and refunded, the platform fee is also reversed. You're only ever charged on money you actually keep.
Will the 10 % ever go up?
Existing tradees are grandfathered at 10 % for 24 months from sign-up. We commit to that in writing in the Tradee terms.
